Birch Drive

We rescued this project as the original design did not meet the clients’ standards. Kim AD successfully  redesigned the house while needing to use the existing foundation as it was already poured as well as the preordered windows.

The 3,600-square-foot, three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home is located in Long Island overlooking Hewlett Bay,
